Water Testing:

Chemical Analysis

Chemical analysis in water testing can provide regulatory compliance, environmental compliance and suitability for specific uses such as the ongoing monitoring and maintenance of closed water systems.

With an increase in demand for chemical analysis, we have invested in a new, state of the art purpose-built ICP laboratory. Our range for chemical analysis includes those parameters listed in the drinking water standards for water hygiene; and for water treatment those listed in BG29 and BG50 for closed water systems. Our analysis ranges from high-tech ICP through Spectrophotometry to wet chemistry. Parameters may be selected individually or we can suggest a suite of analytes to best serve your needs. We operate on a 7 working days turnaround, but samples may be fast tracked for a small premium. Please note, if testing includes SRB/Legionella reporting times will be extended due to the lengthy incubation period. ICP analysis allows for low levels of detection – usually ug/L.

If you require your samples analysing for chemistry then please advise us at the time of ordering bottles as the dosed bottles supplied for microbiological analysis are not suitable. Different parameters require different volumes of samples so please let us know just what you need testing as this will affect the volume of sample needed.
