Samples can be dropped-off directly to our Wirral laboratory Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm and Saturday, 9.00am to 12.00 noon.
We can accept samples out of hours (including Sundays) with prior arrangement.

Our Birmingham sample drop-off facility is located in Oldbury (equidistant between junctions 1 and 2 of the M5 motorway).
The unit is equipped with fridges and cool boxes ready to receive potable, legionella and closed system water samples. There is also plenty of storage space for non-liquid samples.
Book in your sample with our Booking Team (0151 343 1280) and you will be given access to the unit. Complete the Analysis Form (available at the unit or download here) then deposit this along with your sample(s) in a sealable bag and place in either a fridge, a cool box or on a shelf ready to be collected by one of our drivers. Then simply lock the unit door and exit the building. Then give us a call to confirm your drop-off and we will take care of the rest.
Samples booked in by 12.00hrs and dropped-off before 15.00hrs will be collected the same day.
