We’re pleased to announce the opening of two new drop-off facilities in Watford and Clerkenwell, giving customers convenient locations to drop samples both in central and north London.

The Clerkenwell address is: 10-11 Clerkenwell Green, EC1R 0DP with the drop-off located in the offices of ‘Risk Hub’ – just go to their Reception with your samples and collection Ref and they will look after the rest. 

The Watford address is: Big Yellow Storage, Room A49, 1 Ascot Road, Watford, WD18 8AL.

Simply call our friendly admin team on 0151 343 1280 to book your drop off for either location with ourselves. We will provide the necessary access codes and confirm latest drop-off times with you to ensure delivery back to our laboratory the same day. It really is very easy.

In addition to the drop-offs we do have temperature-controlled vehicles which means that, with prior notice, we can provide a collection service from your premises or sample point. Again, call our admin team on 0151 343 1280 to discuss.

Of course, we also have our drop-off in Oldbury, Birmingham for those of you working in the Midlands area.

As we build our network of collection points we hope this will provide a more convenient method to ensure samples are brought to the laboratory the same day as they are dropped off, ensuring adherence to stipulated time-frames.
